1. Acceptance

By accessing or using PeopleHub, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the platform.

2. Purpose

PeopleHub is an operational platform designed to support workforce management and business operations.

Features may include:

• Attendance management
• Leave requests
• Meeting room bookings
• User administration
• Notifications
• AI-assisted insights
• Internal communications

Features may change over time.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of their account
• Protecting login credentials
• Ensuring information provided is accurate

Users must not:

• Share accounts
• Attempt to access another user's account
• Circumvent security controls
• Misuse the platform

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Upload malicious software
• Attempt unauthorised access
• Interfere with platform availability
• Abuse administrative functionality
• Submit false attendance or leave information
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

5. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring that:

• Attendance information is accurate
• Leave requests are truthful
• Bookings are made responsibly
• Information submitted is accurate

6. Administrator Rights

Authorised administrators may:

• Create accounts
• Modify accounts
• Suspend accounts
• Delete accounts
• Update roles
• Review attendance
• Review leave requests
• Review bookings
• Maintain audit logs

Administrative actions are performed for operational and security purposes.

7. Account Deletion

Authorised administrators may delete user accounts where appropriate.

Deletion removes platform access.

Historical records may be retained for:

• Business continuity
• Reporting
• Compliance
• Security
• Audit purposes

Deleting an account does not necessarily remove historical operational records.

8. Availability

While reasonable efforts are made to keep PeopleHub available, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Maintenance, upgrades and unexpected outages may occur.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, documentation and platform functionality remain the property of Loop unless otherwise stated.

Users may not reproduce, distribute or reverse engineer the platform without permission.

10. AI Features

Where AI-assisted functionality is available:

• AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes only
• Users remain responsible for verifying important operational decisions
• AI output should not replace organisational policies or managerial approval

11. Privacy

Use of PeopleHub is also governed by the PeopleHub Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Loop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Changes

These Terms may be updated periodically.

Continued use of PeopleHub constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
